Dear PCOS Challenge Subscribers,

Did you know that PCOS is the most common metabolic disorder affecting women of reproductive age around the world? Women with PCOS constitute the largest group of women at risk for developing cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and type 2 diabetes mellitus. [1]

PCOS is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder that is estimated to affect one-in-ten women of childbearing age. It also impacts peri- and post-menopausal women. It can lead to other serious conditions including CVD, endometrial cancer, obesity, diabetes and infertility.

PCOS Challenge is committed to getting answers  for you about PCOS from the experts. If you have specific questions about PCOS, send them in to us at media@pcoschallenge.com and we will try to get them answered by one of our guests on the PCOS Challenge Radio Show.

Read through this newsletter to find information on PCOS research and to see how you can help to spread PCOS Awareness!
