PCOS Challenge Newsletter

PCOSChallenge.com
September 2010

Dear PCOS Challenge Subscribers,

September is PCOS Awareness Month and we need to get the word out. In fact, every month should be PCOS Awareness month.

PCOS is a complex endocrine and metabolic disorder that is estimated to affect one-in-ten women of childbearing age. It also affects menopausal and post-menopausal women. It can lead to other serious conditions including endometrial cancer, obesity, diabetes and infertility.

Despite affecting 1-in-10 women and the serious health consequences, PCOS gets almost NO ATTENTION in the media. However with your help, we can make a huge difference.

Read through this newsletter to see how you can help to spread PCOS Awareness!

How to Never, Ever, Ever Miss Another Workout?

Woman Working Out

Skipping workouts is second only to poor eating on the list of things that will bring your progress to a screeching halt or worse yet, make you regress. Good health, flexibility, the wonderful feeling of self-confidence that you get from sticking to a regular exercise program, and the body you want ALL require CONSISTENT regular exercise. There is no way around this, and despite what the makers of "Exercise In a Bottle" (a real product) say, you can't actually buy it in a bottle or any other way. It's just something that you have to do.
